Delivery Policy

General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, and we can’t source or supply an alternative. We will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. 

Delivery Location and Shipping Price
Items offered on our website are available for delivery to most countries. The shipping price is indicated for Ireland, United Kingdom and EU countries. Clients from EEA zone and the rest of the world have to contact us for the shipping price. The shipping price may not be indicated for some weight categories. If you don’t see the website showing the shipping price, please contact us to request a total.  
Shipping costs are based on the weight, volume of the part and shipment method. If you want to obtain the price for combined shipment, please contact us.

Dispatch Time
We are trying to dispatch all orders in one business day on orders before 13:00. A business day is Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, like other parts that need to be removed from machines. We make every effort to dispatch your order within 1-3 business days of the date of your order.
Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

Delivery Time
Once the order is dispatched, you will receive the tracking number for your order. Delivery time for Ireland and UK customers usually is 2-4 working days.
For EU, EEA delivery time is 5-10 working days for standard shipment.
For another areas of the world delivery time can vary. Please refer to your tracking number.
For individual cases we have possibility to deliver the orders via Express shipment method. In this case delivery time can be 1-2 business days and will cost a premium. Please contact us for this option before checkout.

Damaged Items in Transport 
Please ensure all goods are checked thoroughly before being signed for. Refunds are not always possible for goods that have been damaged whilst in transit. The words unexamined or unchecked on the delivery note/docket are not acceptable.
We will not be held responsible for the refund of goods damaged in transit if they have been signed for as in good condition.
 It is important to take pictures to help the case to make a claim against the courier for the goods being damaged while in transit.
